New details have emerged from the Chris Brown/Frank Ocean fight that took place in the parking lot of the Westlake Recording Studios in L.A. on Sunday

Witnesses are now saying Chris did throw the first punch after Frank disrespected him in front of his boys by not shaking his hand. Chis has denied being the aggressor. TMZ reports that the fight quickly escalated and moved from the parking lot to the studio lobby.

"They managed to break almost everything in the room and scare all of the staff members working" says the witness.

The melee did start over a parking space at the studio as previously reported. The best parking spots usually go to the biggest artist recording at the time and Chris felt disrespected when Frank had already taken the prime spot when he arrived.





Chris already has his legal team on the situation. Chris' lawyer, Mark Geragos, has already contacted detectives and said Breezy is ready to give them a blow-by-blow account of what happened. The singer swears he did nothing wrong and is counting on surveillance video to prove his case.

TMZ says the surveillance tape also clears Frank because it doesn't show him throwing a punch either. There were no cameras in the parking lot, so the only footage caught was the fight in the lobby of the studio between the two singer's camps.

HANG TIME HEADQUARTERS – Here we go again.
The Feb. 21 trade deadline is fast approaching and guess whose name is at the top of the list, just like last season? That’s right, Dwight Howard.  The formerly disgruntled Orlando Magic star has apparently been replaced by Dwight Howard, the disgruntled Los Angeles Lakers star. The Magic’s Dwightmare of a year ago now becomes the Lakers’ burden this time around.
And that means the wheels are turning in front offices around the league, what with the prospect of Howard becoming available before he becomes a free agent at season’s end, which for the Lakers could very well be mid-April.
These latest developments thrust other teams into the thick of the Howard sweepstakes, with prospective summer free-agent players Dallas and Atlanta joining the usual suspects (the Lakers and Brooklyn Nets) in the conversation. The Lakers’ pitiful season is what has reignited the Dwightmare dilemma … plus the fact that Brooklyn was his preferred destination all along.
And depending on who you listen to and what you read, there’s a dizzying array of possibilities being considered by the different sides in this saga.
RealGM.com’s Jarrod Rudolph reports the Nets are ready to finish what they started last season and finally bring Howard to Brooklyn, with Brook Lopez (and a third team needed to help facilitate a deal) as the return piece. Of course, there is the obligatory return volley that says Lopez is safe, from Stefan Bondy of the New York Daily News, the best part coming at the end: “It’s not the same as it was last year,” said a Nets source. “We don’t need Dwight.”
Interesting. But that won’t slow down the stream of rumors suggesting otherwise.
With the Lakers stuck in the 12th spot in the Western Conference playoff chase, no one outside of Kobe Bryant and Steve Nash should feel comfortable in that Lakers’ locker room.
And if Kobe’s words, tweets and facial expressions mean anything, something has to change. Because it’s clear, as ESPN.com‘s Ramona Shelburne and Marc Stein point out, that the real crack in the Lakers’ foundation is the rift between its two biggest stars:

“Obviously, this isn’t working,” Lakers star Kobe Bryant told Yahoo! Sports after the Chicago loss.
“I’ve tried to go out of my way to get (Howard) the ball. Sometimes I end up looking like an idiot, because I get up in the air, I’ve got a shot, but I try to find him. But he thinks I’m going to shoot, so his back is turned. I’m trying to think about getting him the ball a lot — take care of him as much as I possibly can. It takes me out of rhythm a little bit, but I’m fine with that. If that’s going to help our team, I’m more than willing to do that.
“I’ve constantly tried to help him out, tried to talk to him,” Bryant continued. “Two o’clock in the morning, three o’clock in the morning. Texting him. Sharing reading materials. Anything to try and help him.
“He’s coming off a major surgery in a market where it’s just merciless; where there’s demands and responsibilities of athletes. It’s been tough on him.”
The blame in L.A. has been widespread, with both Howard and Gasol facing criticism for not battling through these tough times with the needed resolve. D’Antoni getting second-guessed with rising volume for not tweaking his spread-the-floor system to accommodate his marquee players and Bryant critiquing himself this week for missing too many shots on an 0-2 road trip that has spiraled into six straight losses away from Staples Center and three straight losses overall heading into Thursday’s game at Memphis.

If Lakers fans have to pick a side, Howard might as well start packing his bags now. In the past, they’ve chosen Kobe in landslides over former big man Shaquille O’Neal and ex-coach Phil Jackson, among others. Howard doesn’t stand a chance in winning over the fan base, the franchise and perhaps most importantly, the locker room.
It seems pretty obvious that Kobe and Nash have gone out of their way to make Howard feel as comfortable as possible and still these issues persist. With time running out on their season and that Feb. 21 escape hatch getting closer and closer, something has to give …

Beyonce is known for her incredible singing voice and live shows. However, yesterday on one of the world's biggest stages she lip-synched her way through "The Star-Bangled Banner." Beyonce was performing at President Obama's inauguration when she decided to use a pre-recorded studio version of the National Anthem according to the New York Post.

“All music is pre-recorded for the ceremony because there are so many eventualities and conditions that day,” Kristin DuBois, a rep for the U.S. Marine Corp Band told the Post. “We performed, live, the band. But we received last-minute word that Beyonce was going to use the pre-recorded vocal track. Those were the instructions we were given. We don’t know what the (sic) reason why.”

Kelly Clarkson also performed at the inauguration. She sang "My Country 'Tis of Thee" without the help of a backing track, a spokesperson for the U.S. Marine Corp Band told TMZ.






"We all know Beyonce can sing," the rep added. "We don't know why she chose to use the pre-recorded track."

Chief Keef is dealing with additional legal trouble while behind bars. The 17-year old rapper is being sued for child support by a girl who is still in middle school.

According to TMZ, Keef got the girl pregnant in 2011 when he was 15.

In the state of Illinois it is considered a misdemeanor for two people under the age of 17 to have sex, even if it's consensual. If both parties are between 9 and 17 years old, the older person commits a crime called "criminal sexual abuse."


TMZ reports that if prosecuted and convicted, Keef could serve up to one year in jail and have to register as a sex offender for 10 years. However, that hardly ever happens in cases like these.


The unidentified girl, whose current age is unknown, is suing Keef, real name Keith Cozart, for child support, health insurance and other medical expenses.





Keef is currently serving a 60-day juvenile detention sentence in Chicago for violating his probation on a previous gun charge.

Shawty Lo is getting support from an unlikely source today after the Oxygen network decided to pull the plug on his reality show All My Babies' Mamas before it even aired.

Oxygen had given the show the green light initially to air this spring. It was going to focus on Shawty's relationships with his 10 babies' moms and his 11 children.

After the show's trailer appeared online last month a petition was started by Sabrina Lamb of ColorOfChange.org to get the show cancelled. She argued that the show was a stereotypical representation of African Americans. Their petition had gained more than 40'000 signatures by the Oxygen decided not to air the show.

"As part of our development process, we have reviewed casting and decided not to move forward with the special," a network spokesperson told MTV News on Tuesday (January 15). "We will continue to develop compelling content that resonates with our young female viewers and drives the cultural conversation."
After receiving news of the cancellation, ColorOfChange.org issued a statement.

After multiple conversations with Oxygen Media executives, the company informed us via email that a decision was made to cancel "All My Babies' Mamas" late this afternoon. We thank Oxygen Media for taking this important step. The tremendous response from over 40,000 ColorOfChange.org members, coupled with national outrage from Black folks, sent a clear message that exploitative television shows like "All My Babies' Mamas" are unacceptable.

The airing of a reality show like All My Babies' Mamas would have reinforced many of the stereotypes about Black men and women that have power to influence public policy. Research shows that exploiting persistent racial stereotypes that marginalize Black Americans have real world consequences.

Conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh came to the show's defense. He argued that "the morality police" had made the decision to get the show cancelled for the American people without giving them the chance to view it first.

“The morality police, the old fuddy-duddies got in gear. The show was simply gonna say what it is in terms of this lifestyle and just gonna tell everybody what it is,” Rush said on his show Wednesday (January 16), according to AllHipHop. “Is it any wonder that the star of a show that happens to be black and has the show pulled out from under him? Well, I know none of those kids are more important than the president’s kids, but they’re important to Shawty.”




Shawty appeared on Atlanta radio station Hot 107.9 yesterday to talk with Emperor Searcy and Mz Shyneka about the show's cancellation.

"I feel like [my fans] didn't get a chance to see what was really going on," Shawty said. "[Sabrina Lamb] made her assumptions off of the trailer. Basically what I'm doing is telling my story showing how Shawty Lo turned a negative into a positive.The show wasn't about, we finna be fighting. Like I said a lot of fathers don't take care of one child, don't even be there for one child. But me, I be there with my children. My kids love their father."


A counter-petition on Change.org has been started in an effort to get Oxygen to give the show another chance. Shawty thanked his fans for initiating it and urged people to sign it.


"At least give the show a chance," said Shawty. "They making their assumptions off a 13-minute trailer and this like the biggest news around the world right now and it's unbelievable."

Video After The Jump The Newtown, Connecticut shooting massacre last month at Sandy Hook Elementary School that left 26 people dead, including 20 children has created a firestorm of debate about whether armed guards should be put in every school across the United States. Leading the call has been the National Rifle Association. On December 21, one week after the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, National Rifle Association (NRA) vice-president Wayne LaPierre held a Washington D.C. press conference, announcing a proposal for what he dubbed "Operation School Shield," which would put a police officer in every public school across the nation. "It's not just our duty to protect [our children], it's our right to protect them. The NRA knows there are millions of qualified active and reserved police, active and reserve military, security professionals, rescue personnel, an extraordinary corps of qualified trained citizens to join with local school officials and police in devising a protection plan for every single school," LaPierre said. "With all the money in the federal budget, can't we afford to put a police officer in every single school." Obama was skeptical of the idea, prompting the NRA to release a video on Tuesday calling him an "elitist hypocrite" for maintaining Secret Service protection of his daughters while expressing skepticism for stationing armed guards or volunteers in schools. On Wednesday Obama and Vice President Joe Biden introduced a package of measures aimed at reducing gun violence. “The world has changed and it is demanding action, it is in this context that the president” asked me to come up gun-control recommendations," Biden said. “While there is no law or set of laws that can prevent every senseless act of violence completely, no piece of legislation that will prevent every tragedy, every act of evil,” Obama said. “If there’s even one thing we can do to reduce this violence, if there’s even one life that can be saved, then we’ve got an obligation to try it.” One of the executive orders signed by Obama is designed to make schools safer. The measures include a proposal to hire 1,000 school resource officers and placing mental health professionals in schools. Resource officers are specially trained armed police officers that work in schools. The White House explained, “Putting school resource officers and mental health professionals in schools can help prevent school crime and student-on-student violence.” The 23 executive orders signed by Obama are listed below. 1. "Issue a presidential memorandum to require federal agencies to make relevant data available to the federal background check system." 2. "Address unnecessary legal barriers, particularly relating to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, that may prevent states from making information available to the background check system." 3. "Improve incentives for states to share information with the background check system." 4. "Direct the attorney general to review categories of individuals prohibited from having a gun to make sure dangerous people are not slipping through the cracks." 5. "Propose rulemaking to give law enforcement the ability to run a full background check on an individual before returning a seized gun." 6. "Publish a letter from ATF to federally licensed gun dealers providing guidance on how to run background checks for private sellers." 7. "Launch a national safe and responsible gun ownership campaign." 8. "Review safety standards for gun locks and gun safes (Consumer Product Safety Commission)." 9. "Issue a presidential Memorandum to require federal law enforcement to trace guns recovered in criminal investigations." 10. "Release a DOJ report analyzing information on lost and stolen guns and make it widely available to law enforcement." 11. "Nominate an ATF director." 12. "Provide law enforcement, first responders, and school officials with proper training for active shooter situations." 13. "Maximize enforcement efforts to prevent gun violence and prosecute gun crime." 14. "Issue a presidential memorandum directing the Centers for Disease Control to research the causes and prevention of gun violence." 15. "Direct the attorney general to issue a report on the availability and most effective use of new gun safety technologies and challenge the private sector to develop innovative technologies." 16. "Clarify that the Affordable Care Act does not prohibit doctors asking their patients about guns in their homes." 17. "Release a letter to health care providers clarifying that no federal law prohibits them from reporting threats of violence to law enforcement authorities." 18. "Provide incentives for schools to hire school resource officers." 19. "Develop model emergency response plans for schools, houses of worship and institutions of higher education." 20. "Release a letter to state health officials clarifying the scope of mental health services that Medicaid plans must cover." 21. "Finalize regulations clarifying essential health benefits and parity requirements within ACA exchanges." 22. "Commit to finalizing mental health parity regulations." 23. More than 50% of men in relationships cheat, and some experts believe monogamy may not be part of a man's nature. Lebron James crushed the Cleveland Cavaliers fan's hearts in 2010 when he made the decision to leave the team that drafted him out of high school in 2003 to make a run for a championship by joining Chris Bosh and Dwayne Wade in Miami. As crazy as it might seem, the Cavs appear ready to try and bring Lebron back in the summer of 2014 when he becomes a free agent. The Akron Beacon Journal's Jason Lloyd reported that the Cavs are saving cap room space to make the eight-time NBA All-Star a max contract offer. Executives and agents around the league are convinced the Cavaliers won’t do anything to jeopardize their ability to sign a free agent to a max contract during the summer of 2014, when LeBron James can again become a free agent. As fans in Northeast Ohio continue to howl and remain divided about the possibility of his return, more and more people around the league believe there is a strong possibility James will indeed return to Cleveland after next season. Lebron, an Ohio native who still lives there in the off season has said a return to Cleveland is not out of the question. "I think it would be great," James said before a game against the Cavs last season. "It would be fun to play in front of these fans again. I had a lot fun times in my seven years here. You can't predict the future, and hopefully I continue to stay healthy. I'm here as a Miami Heat player, and I'm happy where I am now, but I don't rule that out in no sense." Chris Broussard of ESPN points out that 30-year old Dwayne Wade appears to be losing a step and Lebron might look at Cleveland as a nice alternative to the Heat. Wade's scoring and assists are down this year from their career averages. Cleveland has a nice nucleus of young players like Kyrie Irving, Tristan Thompson and Dion Waiters. Coco can't be happy today after new pics of men grabbing her butt have hit the net. Last month compromising photos of Ice-T's wife hugged up with rapper AP.9 emerged.

At the time Ice reacted angrily via Twitter. Coco later apologized and the couple renewed their wedding vows on New Year's Eve.

Today a new photo of AP.9 with Coco has emerged. Again, they appear to be more than just friends.




“I took Coco out on a date to Haze nightclub. She brought some friends…some of the crew from Ice Loves Coco even showed up too! We had a steamy one night stand. I hate being called a liar…cuz I’m not," AP told Jacky Jasper.

To make matters worse another scandalous photo of Coco with Mustafa Abdi, a.k.a. Moose Diesel, the former manager of ARIA Resort & Casino’s Haze Nightclub has emerged.


Coco asked Abdi to remove the pic, but he refused.





According to Jacky Jasper there are three more pics along with a polygraph rest being shopped to various media outlets by AP.

A photo has leaked online of the cover for GQ Magazine's 100 Sexiest Women of the 21st Century, and Beyonce is featured. The 31-year old beauty shows off her great post-baby body in a cutoff jersey, leopard print bikini bottoms and a gold necklace.


Fans will be seeing a lot of Beyonce in 2013. She will be the halftime performer at Super Bowl XLVII next month in New Orleans, has an album on the way and will premiere a documentary on HBO February 16.




In addition the pop star has signed a $50 million "brand ambassador" deal with Pepsi. She will be featured in print ads, tv spots and even have her likeness on the beverage giant's soda cans.
