George Zimmerman has been taken into custody today by police in Apopka, Florida for a domestic violence incident involving his girlfriend, according to WESH-Channel 2.

It's the latest run in with the law for the former neighborhood watchman who was acquitted in July for the murder of Trayvon Martin.

Sheriff Don Eslinger said Zimmerman is on his way to Seminole County Jail in Sanford.

Zimmerman was involved in a domestic incident in September with his soon to be ex-wife, Shellie Zimmerman, and her father. He won't face charges for that because Shellie refused to press charges. He was also stopped for speeding in July in Texas. At the time he had a gun in the glove box.

The 911 call George Zimmerman's girlfriend made to police has been released. She claimed that Zimmerman put a gun in her face and smashed her glass table and sun glasses with a shotgun. then pushed her out of her house. Listen to the call below.

The fallout surrounding Trinidad James' comments about Atlanta running New York musically continues. As we previously reported, Maino responded to the comments by letting James know he wasn't going to let them slide. This morning the Brooklyn, New York emcee called into Hot 97 to explain his point of view and demanded an apology from Trinidad and said he needed to be disciplined.

"He's gotta apologize to New York City," Maino said. "He's gotta apologize to my city. He's gotta apologize to Brooklyn. He's gotta apologize to Harlem. Because he offended us, disrespected us in our city. People paid you to come here. They didn't pay you to disrespect them."

Trinidad James didn't claim "King of New York" status last night during his concert at Converse Rubber Tracks in NYC, but he did make it clear that in his opinion Atlanta runs New York City musically.

"I remember when New York ran this sh*t dog. When Dipset was f*cking turned the f*ck up," Trinidad said. "What the f*ck happened? I remember when New York rap was the sh*t. And us in the South...us Bamas, we was like 'What the f*ck?' And we just did our own thing, but now we run y'all musically. That's crazy. I'm not trying to start nothing, but if you wanna do something, we can do something 'cause I don't give a f*ck. I'm just being honest with you. I looked up to New York music. And now every n*gga that's really popping out of New York, you might as well say he's from Atlanta."
